Application shall be submitted on the prescribed form, along with the following information / documents:
Attested copy of the Applicant’s/Partners Computerized National Identity Card Recent passport size photograph of owner/partners
Detail Curriculum Vitae of Owner/Partners
Partnership agreement in case of partnership
Proposed geographical market (catchments area)
Demographics of the city / area
Number of intermediate & degree colleges in the area
Potential of the area in terms of student base
Anticipated student growth in the next five years at your proposed campus
Drawing of the proposed building Total & covered area of the proposed premises
Photographs of the interior and exterior of the building (if constructed)
Map of the location clearly showing the approach and building location
Nearest landmarks
Bank Draft/ Pay Order of Rs. 10,000/- (Non-refundable Application Processing fee) in favor of “AIMS International Virtual University of Pakistan”
Affiliations Letter(s), if any
On receipt of the complete application, along with the prescribed fee, the University shall conduct a survey of the proposed institution/ building.
The University, after considering the survey report and all other relevant factors, shall decide whether to approve or reject the application.
If the application is approved, NOC for establishment of campus infrastructure will be issued.
Applicant will have to apply for verification visit after completing the infrastructure requirement as per time and instructions given in the NOC.
AIMS Virtual Campus status & campus code shall be issued upon successful verification of campus infrastructure subject to approval of Committee for Private Virtual Campuses.
No operations shall be allowed till the Campus Code has been formally issued by the University.
If the application is not approved for any reason, the applicant may apply fresh application.
Applications will be treated on a first come first serve basis subject to the most advantageous proposal as per University's requirement
Note
Applications must be complete in all respects. Incomplete applications will not be considered, and the fee will not be refunded in any case.
